1. Scope of Services

AJ TECH SOLUTIONS provides bespoke website development, Next.js architecture, web applications, e-commerce platforms, WordPress development, maintenance, and cloud hosting configuration. All deliverables are governed by explicit milestone scopes mutually agreed upon prior to project initiation.

2. Code & Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon settlement of all contracted project milestone invoices:

• The Client retains 100% intellectual property ownership of all custom code, assets, content, and database schemas.
• Zero proprietary recurring licensing lock-ins are imposed by AJ TECH SOLUTIONS.
• AJ TECH SOLUTIONS retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and case study catalog unless an explicit NDA stipulates otherwise.

3. Milestone Payments & Invoicing

Standard payment terms operate on fixed milestones (e.g. Initial Architectural Deposit, Staging Milestone, Final Production Handover). Work advances strictly upon confirmation of preceding milestone disbursements.

4. Post-Launch Warranty

Every custom project includes complimentary post-launch warranty support (typically 14 to 30 days as specified in the proposal) covering bug resolution, performance checks, and verification across device viewports.

5. Governing Law
